And on the market, the winner is the one who can obtain an additional 1% of data and analyze it in such a way as to make the right business decision. Success in this area depends on many factors. The first is the selection of data, the second – skillful analysis. A person must know where to look, and artificial intelligence should complement him in processing and analyzing data.

The research company Gartner has been indicating MS Power BI as the leader and visionary on the market for many years.  The Microsoft package has competition, of course: Google Data Studio and Amazon Quick Sense. All three companies are trying to develop Business Intelligence tools, but each does it in such a way as to adapt them to their applications. Amazon is known for developing e-commerce market functionality, Google focuses on analytics of websites based on Analytics, and Microsoft bases its functionality on office applications.

Power BI is extremely popular because it can be easily and quickly integrated with MS tools: Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, or other Power Apps. In addition, it is a very intuitive tool. Anyone who has previously worked in Excel will have no problem implementing Power BI. They will also immediately notice the advantage of the new tool over old spreadsheets.

Advantages of MS Power BI over MS Excel:
