Make time to communicate

Don’t be afraid to leave
Chang recalls: “When I left Google, there were already a few hundred people on my team – many of whom I personally employed. Together we created Google Analytics and made it a market leader. But after spending eight years in one place, at some point you start to wonder: Do I want to do this for the rest of my life? Is this what my career is going to be like? What do I really want? Most often, we already have the answer to that question, but such changes can be scary. It’s not worth drowning out your inner voice, it’s what drives you forward. I left to start my own company, and I’ve never regretted it.”
