Check Out New Tech Developments at WWDC & Google I/O

As an IT activist, information literacy is an obligation. If we previously discussed technology trends on page 6 Educational Technology Trends in 2022, then what about developments in 2023? Where can we see the latest technology-related information from big companies, such as Google and Apple? Usually, large companies will hold annual events to provide users with information regarding their latest products.

WWDC conference and Google’s Google I/O, which have always been at the center of technology development. Apple WWDC 2023
Worldwide Developers Conference or commonly known as WWDC is an annual conference held by the Apple company. Apple announced live this year’s WWDC event June 5–9.

A number of software updates, including iOS 16, macOS Ventura, and watchOS 9. These updates included a number of new features, such as the ability to customize the appearance of the lock screen on iOS, new multitasking features on macOS, and sleep tracking on watchOS. .

Apple also announced a number of new hardware products, including the MacBook Air with M2 chip, M2 Pro chip, and M2 Max, and Studio Display. Apple also announced their new product called Vision Pro which is Apple’s first 3D camera.

Then, what is Google I/O? Google Input/Output or CRYP Email List commonly abbreviated as Google I/O is an annual conference held by Google. Google announced live this year’s Google I/O event on May 10.

At the event, Google announced a number of new products and services, including the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones, Pixel Watch, and Pixel Buds Pro.

Google also announced a number of new software updates, including Android 13 and Wear OS 3.0. This update includes a number of new features, such as improved privacy controls, new multitasking features, and new navigation features.
