Dicoding Indonesia requires individuals Vacancy IT Support to assist the Dicoding operational team in managing hardware and networking at Dicoding. For this reason, an IT Support is needed who can handle hardware and networking for every employee at Dicoding.
Main Requirements :
Male, free age, domiciled in Bandung. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Have education related to Informatics / Computer / Network Engineering or can prove capability with
portfolio and/or certification.
Minimum SMA/SMK/equivalent diploma and not currently studying (may be awaiting graduation/graduation).
Understand components, able to carry Belgium Mobile Number List out installation, deployment, and related light troubleshooting
Technology hardware (computers, laptops, smartphones, printers, scanners, etc.).
Software in general (Operating System, Office, basic working tools, etc.).
Network (topology, crimping, IP addressing, subnetting, routing, mesh network) and able to monitor a number of network devices and IoT Devices
Able to record and document inventory (goods in and out, spare-part management, consumables, inventory planning, etc.)
Able to work together, energetic and proactive.
A plus if:
have SIM C and A.
holds certification in the field of IT Support, Mikrotik, Network Management
have experience managing CRYP Email List a network or system with 100 devices.
have an English certificate (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS) or can speak English actively.
Duties and responsibilities :
IT Helpdesk for hardware, software, and network problems
Deploy , maintain, and monitor technology hardware (computers, laptops, smartphones, printers, scanners, etc.) and accompanying software (updates, OS reinstalls, factory resets).
Monitor , optimize, and troubleshoot network devices.
Record and record inventory .
Willing to work outside office hours (incidental)
Fast-response and can be contacted outside of office-hours.
