As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing various events, including determining event objectives, developing event plans, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, overseeing marketing and promotions, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.
Main Requirements :Male & Female,
free age, domiciled in Bandung. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Have education related to Communication Studies, Business Administration, or can prove event handling capabilities with a portfolio and/or certification.
Minimum SMA/SMK/equivalent Romania Mobile Number List diploma and not currently studying (may be awaiting graduation/graduation).

Duties and responsibilities :
Clearly define the goals and objectives of the event
Create detailed event plans, including CRYP Email List chedules, assets/posters/designs, budgets, and task assignments to ensure effective event management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing. Communications and operations to align event objectives .
Make reports, analyzes, and evaluate the success of events. That have taken place in a series of event periods.
. Arranging audio-visuals, and the registration process, to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
Management software, registration platforms, and event applications to optimize event planning and execution.
Able to establish cooperation with external if needed.
